SGA Recognized Student Organization Form

Any student organization wishing to be recognized by SGA for the 2011-2012 school year must complete the SGA Recognized Organization Form to the Campus Life Office with all other required materials found on the Student Organization Form.

 

To become a recognized organization for the 2011-2012 school year all forms must be completed and returned to the SGA Office in Campus Life by 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 2, 2011.

Hazing Agreement Policy & Form

Any student organization wishing to be recognized by SGA must fill this out and return it to the Campus Life Office with the other required materials found on the Student Organization Form.  Read the Hazing Policy.  Then print and sign the last page (Hazing Agreement Form) and submit it with the rest of the Organization Recognition materials.

Event Approval Guidelines

Please read the event approval guidelines carefully, then submit the event approval form to the Office of Campus Life for approval of any event happening through your SGA recognized organization.
