About Me:

I came to Southwestern College as a college freshman majoring in Biology and being active as an Athletic Trainer. I had plans of working with children as a physical therapist.

During my time here in college, I volunteered with a church youth group and found myself more and more drawn to working in a ministry setting. By the time that I graduated college, I ended up adding minors in Business and Religion to my Biology major (you want me on your team for Trivial Pursuit! :)).

After college, I worked on staff with Fellowship of Christian Athletes and then attended seminary in Kentucky. Before returning to Southwestern College as the Director of Discipleship Southwestern, I worked at another college in Kentucky.

I loved living near caves, great hiking and waterfalls, but nothing beats the sunset from the top of the 77 steps! In my spare time, I love to travel and hope to do more of it. I also love to read. When I was in college, the advertising slogan for Southwestern was "Come here, go far!" I can truly say that even though I'm back living in Winfield, I truly have gone far!
