I have been teaching since 1988, first at a small, private, liberal arts college and then at a community college. I have been at Southwestern since August of 2006. I enjoy photography, story-telling and teaching, so I think I have the perfect job. The only thing I love more than teaching is my family. After a three-year 90-mile courtship, I married Pat England in September 2006. We moved to Winfield from Western Kansas and love this area. We have three daughters in college. ReAnn England is majoring in art education. Dana Sparks is in pharmacy school and Kara Sparks is a music education major. Pat's son, Byron England, is a US Marine. He and his wife Nikki and their son Jared are in Chesapeake, Virginia. My husband and I enjoy motorcycle rides and tent camping and we make plenty of stops for me to take photographs. |
