Discipleship
Team
The Bible is a big, imposing, intimidating book for
many people, even for Christians, yet its drawing power is unquestioned.
Discipleship Southwestern gives students the opportunity to study
the Bible in a supportive group of fellow travelers and in a systematic
way. Discipleship teams gain real confidence in knowing the Scriptures
and applying them to daily life. But the Christian faith is more
than a series of devotional practices-worship on Sundays, Sunday
school, youth group, etc. Christians realize that faith means service-giving
time and physical effort to meet the needs of others. Discipleship
Southwestern challenges students to make service a normal part of
their lifestyle. Discipleship Southwestern challenges students to
know God in a deep and personal way, to love their neighbors through
service, and to fulfill God’s creative intention for their lives.
If you want challenges, if you want to be stretched and spiritually
exercised, if you want the abundant life Jesus promises His followers,
if excellence in the Christian life is the goal, get in touch with:
