Winfield, Kan., June 26, 2002 Darrell Jones has joined the Southwestern College staff as general manager for Sodexho dining services. He replaces former manager Craig Ernsting, who was transferred to Branson, Mo.

Jones had been the food service manager for Great Western Dining Services for seven years before coming to SC. Great Western Dining Service serves institutions in the Midwest including Cowley County Community College, Butler County Community College, and Horizon United Methodist Center.

Jones is from Virginia Beach, Va., and comes to his new position with a bachelor of food service management degree and a family of three children. While working for Sodexho, he will be responsible for the overall operation of food services. He cites setting his own hours and getting to know new people every day as his favorite parts of his new job.
