How It Works

  • Each student completes four cycles (each cycle comprises a nine-hour block)
  • Students may enter in July or December
  • Students will need to complete four cycles to finish the degree
  • Orientation Day is required one time when student begins
  • Residential sessions will begin on Friday evening 7pm and end on Wednesday 5pm in August and begin on Tuesday evening 7pm and end on Sunday evening 5pm in January.  An example of calendar times for residential sessions would be Aug. 6-11, 2010 and January 4-9, 2011
  • Campus housing availability for a price significantly less than hotel stays during residential sessions is offered
  • Meals during the residential sessions will be the responsibility of the student

Leadership for the Future 3 hrs credit
Leader Behavior in Applied Settings 3 hrs credit
Leadership Coaching 3 hrs credit

Cycle Four (offered in Dec-April):
Enrollment contingent on completion of Cycles 1, 2, 3

Leadership Practicum 6 hrs credit
Leadership Project 3 hrs credit
