Underwrite a Season Concert or Event

The South Kansas Symphony relies on the generous support of individual and corporate sponsorships. We are currently seeking individuals to underwrite the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 season concerts and events. Please contact Dr. Peterson to inquire about these opportunities at (620) 229-6113.

Golden Circle

Golden Circle is a membership society that sponsors instrumental music at Southwestern College. For a $300 pledge per person, per season, the Golden Circle member is given priority seating at most symphony and youth symphony concerts (with the exception of the Chamber Gala), invited to 2 formal dinners, and admitted to several catered receptions throughout the season. Members also receive recognition on concert programs and a $130 tax deduction.

  • 1 Adult Season Ticket (Does not include tickets for the Chamber Gala Concert – Order now!)
  • Reserved Seating  (Please note that free concerts have open seating)
  • VIP Receptions for Winterfest & Titans concerts
  • Dinner for Movie Matinee & Symphonic Rhythms
  • $100 Tax Deduction for supporting the symphonies

SKS and SCYS Endowment

As non-profit ensembles, the symphonies seeks tax-deductible donations at all levels of giving to provide long-term support. Please contact Charles McKinzie about donating to the endowments at (620) 229-6288.

Volunteer

The SKS and SCYS are heavily supported by the generosity of friends volunteering numerous hours throughout the season. Needs include, but are not limited to, ushers, ticket sellers, program writers, and board members. We are appreciative of any time you can provide to advance the arts at SC. Please contact Dr. Peterson at (620) 229-6113 to assist.

Program Advertisers

If you are interested in showing your support by having your company or business represented in the Symphony or Youth Symphony concert programs, consider featuring an advertisement in our programs. These advertisements will appear in every concert program for whatever ensemble you choose to support. See the attached document for prices, dimensions, and requirements. Please contact Dr. Peterson at (620) 229-6113 with any questions.
