Vice President for Institutional Advancement
Education & Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience and demonstrated success in advancement work, preferably in higher education.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and able to lead annual giving, major gift, planned giving, and alumni relations programs and will have experience with capital campaigns.
The vice president will be persuasive in written and oral communication and will be an excellent listener.
Organization, drive, and a “get it done” attitude are essential.
A college degree is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
