Diplomas
The Southwestern College diploma is a ceremonial document and does not, in itself, constitute proof of degree completion. However, in recognition that diplomas serve an official function and may be used for official purposes by other entities, Southwestern College ascribes to certain expectations of decorum on how it allows names of graduates to appear. For more information regarding our diploma naming expectations, please see our Diploma Name Policy.
Diploma will be sent via the US Postal Service with delivery confirmation to the student's permanent home address two to three weeks after the official graduation date for which the student applied. Student accounts must be paid in full before the diploma will be released.
Duplicate diplomas are $30.00 each. Please complete the Duplicate Diploma Request and return form with payment to: Southwestern College, Registrar's Office, 100 College St., Winfield, KS 67156. All name changes must include appropriate documentation (e.g., copy of marriage or driver's license).
Please note: Duplicate diplomas will be printed with the notation “Duplicate” in the bottom left corner, and due to diploma design updates, duplicate diplomas may not be identical to the original diploma design.
