Serve and Learn Retreat

  • If your school, class, youth group, or family is interested in learning about service and service-learning opportunities at Southwestern College, then this retreat is for you! This 2-day retreat is sponsored by Leadership Southwestern, Discipleship Southwestern, Green Team Southwestern, and Camp Horizon. This off-campus event is located in Arkansas City at Camp Horizon. 

Serve and Learn

Bring a Leadership Workshop to your school!

Host a workshop at your school, youth group, or organization meeting! This interactive program is led by Southwestern College students who are studying for a minor in Leadership Studies.  This is free to all organizations aside from travel expenses.


Explore More

If you are planning on attending one of Southwestern's Explore More Days, then you should come meet some Leadership students after lunch and learn more about the program!

Rotary Camp Opportunities Every May

This camp takes place on campus, and is jam packed full of leadership development activities, including a service project and a high ropes course. Meet other youth leaders from across the state and develop your skill sets together. Most local Rotary Clubs provide scholarships for students to attend.
