Prominent Stanford Medical Center Researcher will be a part of Psychology Speaker Series
The psychology program is excited to announce that on April 25th at 3:00 pm in Mossman 101 we will be having our second speaker present on a groundbreaking research technique that is changing the face of research on autism, schizophrenia, and anxiety disorder. This prominent speaker is Dr. Karl Deisseroth, MD, PhD, from Stanford Medical Center. He has been featured in Forbes, the Huffington Post and many noteable national publications. There is even speculation that he could be up for a Nobel Prize around 2020. This is sure to be an amazing opportunity for Southwestern students, especially psychology and biology.
