I have a book that contains the School meeting notes from the start up of this school 1859 to about 1866. Includes full budgets, cost of supplies, teacher names, board members and on and on. The book is quite fragile. It also contains land and tax records for Sumner. I plan to donate this to the Atchinson Historical Society in a year or so. Myself and others are using it for geneology research.
