General Information

What is the Summer Music Festival?

A summer camp on the beautiful campus of Southwestern College, studying with our outstanding faculty and developing your musical skills. Choose one of three areas of emphasis – voice, band, or strings.

In addition to focused time on individual areas of emphasis, various activities are part of the daily schedule. These activities allow students to explore new topics and develop skills in fun topic areas such as Global Music & Arts, Music Theory, Music History, Private Lessons, Chamber Ensembles, Ukulele, etc.

Evening activities such as a Guest Artist-in-Residence performance, faculty recitals, Duck Jam in the Park concert, and community band and student talent show add to the fun!
