Leadership (MSL)
Overview
Southwestern College announces a graduate degree that will prepare you to succeed in any field by teaching you to lead and to recognize leadership in others.
This project-based program provides relevant, applicable courses that you will immediately put to use in your job, your home, or your avocation. You will be able to continue to work full-time, if you choose, and your workplace will become your laboratory. Any undergraduate degree can be the basis for this master’s program.
The Master of Science in Leadership at Southwestern College features a unique format: At the start of a six-week session you will receive all of the reading and assignments for the upcoming session. You will work on these at your own pace, then join your classmates for an intensive five-day residency on the college campus in Winfield.
As you complete your projects you will be mentored by award-winning faculty and leadership experts, who will then lead the residency.
This degree combines the flexility of an online format with the synergy found in face-to-face class interaction and faculty mentorship.
