From morning breakfast baskets and freshly brewed coffee to casual feast, and elegant hors d’oeuvres, the Fresh Ideas catering menu is filled with fresh and contemporary options.  Customized menus as needed for any occasion can be created. Whatever your event: a breakfast meeting, a luncheon, a retirement party, you will find that Fresh Ideas offers fresh ingredients, creative preparations, elegant presentation, and thoughtful service. We would be pleased to help you design a menu for your next event.

The dining services deparment and cafeteria are located in the Roy L. Smith Student Center. The cafeteria is arranged with row-style seating and can accomodate up to 218 individuals.  Multiple food stations include salad, cereal, soup, and beverages.Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options are also available.  Special dietary needs can be pre-arranged with the dining staff.
