Southwestern College is now accepting applications for five competitive full-tuition scholarships for first-year students enrolling in 2027.

Full-tuition scholarships will be awarded in five areas: natural science, nursing, education, performing arts, and the Pillars Academic Scholarship. Qualified students are encouraged to apply for the scholarship that best aligns with their academic interests and goals.

Finalists will be invited to Southwestern College to participate in an on-campus scholarship competition on Saturday, Nov. 14.  Every finalist who attends the on-campus competition will receive and renewable $1,000 scholarship.

Following the competition, five finalists from each scholarship category will be selected to participate in virtual finalist interviews the following week. Based on the competition and interview process, one student in each of the five categories will receive a full-tuition scholarship renewable for four years.

The application is mobile-friendly and can easily be completed from a phone. The deadline to apply is Nov. 2.  For additional information about each scholarship, including eligibility requirements and application details, visit www.beabuilder.com/scholarships or contact the Southwestern College Office of Admission at 1-800-846-1543 ext. 6236.
