Brad Elliott Stone (Professor of Philosophy, Loyola Marymount University, PhD, University of Memphis) is an effective and inspiring professor whose research in contemporary continental philosophy is internationally recognized. According to Princeton Review, he is considered one of the best 300 professors in the US. At LMU, he has held administrative positions such as Associate Dean and Director of the Honors Program. He has published two books with SC's own Jacob L. Goodson: Introducing Prophetic Pragmatism (Rowman & Littlefield Publishers, 2019) & Building Beloved Community in a Wounded World (Cascade Press, 2022). Currently, he serves as President of the International Foucault Circle--a prestigious scholarly society dedicated to better understanding the life and work of the French philosopher, Michel Foucault.
