Transfer Student Housing Sign-up

Transfer students will receive an e-mail from an admissions counselor with the link to the housing application once they have paid the tuition deposit.  For more information on housing download the Room Videos/Dimensions and "What to Bring List". 

The residency policy states: All full-time students are required to live on campus except those who are married, veterans, twenty-one years old or older AND reached senior status, or live with their parents or legal guardians (within 50 miles of campus).

Southwestern has 5 different upperclassman on-campus living facilities to meet your needs:

• Upperclassmen residence halls with and double occupancy rooms and a limited number of private occupancy rooms (Broadhurst and Sutton Hall)
• 1 or 2 bedroom suites housing 2 or 4 students (Reid and Winfield Hall)
• 2 bedroom apartments housing 4 students (Warren Apartments)
