Position: Athletic Training Office Aid |
The student(s) will help the athletic trainers with the daily working of the athletic training department. Student tasks will be assigned on experience level, need and availability: filing, copying, faxing, prepare paperwork for team travel, organize student-athlete's paperwork, help with insurance, prepare mailings, cleaning (vacuuming, taking out trash, windows, etc), projects (painting cooler holders, organizing storage closet, etc). Work is seasonal and by sport. Evenings and weekend required. |

Position: Athletic Event Setup/Cleanup |
Help with setting up of sport games in the stadium/gym area of the campus. Assist in any field marking/painting. Set up any goals/nets that may be used for the sporting event. Trash clean up after the sporting event. Might be asked to assist in the press box with announcing and or spotting for the announcer. Work is seasonal and by sport. Evenings and weekends required. |

Position: Athletic Game Administration |
Line judging, clock operation, scorekeeping functions. May be asked to work the admission gates at various sporting events as well as seating coordinators during football games. Work is seasonal and by sport. Evenings and weekends required. |

Position: Farney Center Monitor |
Staffing Farney Center help desk, monitoring of participants, maintenance and cleaning of machinery, opening and closing during Farney Center hours. (Farney Center is open Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Tuesday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. - 9 p.m., and Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. |

Position: Camps & Conferences Assistant |
Check to make sure all the door rooms have adequate furniture and the rooms are clean and tidy. Complete a walk-through with camp directors before and after each camp. Noting any repairs needed prior to camp and any (if applicable) damage to any property in the building at the conclusion of the camp. Be on hand at camp check-in and check-out to distribute/retrieve room keys and assist in any way needed. Distribute trash cans and hang shower curtains in each room at least a week prior to the first camp. Collect trash cans and remove shower curtains in each room at within a week's departure of the last camp. File inventory report and coordinate return to storage room in Broadhurst. Distribute linens during camps that use SC linens. Collect and launder linens, then bag and store in Broadhurst storage room. If a large amount of linens are used, contact director of camps and conferences for instructions. Assist with evening activities. Assist with signage. Provide a brief presentation on resident hall rules/safety at the beginning of each camp. Be accessible to camp directors to answer questions or assist if any needs arise during their visit. Be courteous and helpful to camp directors, camp staff, and campers. At all times: Report any problems, questions or concerns directly to the director of camps and conferences. Confidentiality is important. This position is only available during the Summer semester. |

Position: Computer Lab Assitant |
Help maintain communications department computer lab. Student must have good working knowledge of computers. Computer Science majors preferred. |
