Play Your Part on Opening Night

Saturday, October 8th

The newly-renovated Richardson Performing Arts Center will be the star,  and your support is critical!

Join an alumni choir and orchestra performing at the dedicatory Kaleidoscope concert in our new state-of-the-art facility.

Participation Fee $25
Includes rehearsals, box lunch, 2 receptions, concert and commemorative DVD. Music will be sent to your registration address after July 31. Deadline for registration is July 31.

4:30 - 5-45 p.m. Fine arts alumni welcome reception, Christy Hall, Richardson lobby

Saturday, October 8

8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Fine arts alumni coffee and performers registration, Darbeth main lobby

10:30 - 12 noon Rehearsal: Alumni orchestra with Daniel Stevens, Richardson Performing Arts Center. Alumni choir with David Gardner, rehearsal hall

12:15 - 1:00 p.m. Box lunch for performers, Darbeth main lobby

1:00 - 2:30 p.m. Tours of Richardson Performing Arts Center and technical theatre center

2:30 - 4:00 p.m. Rehearsal: Alumni orchestra with Daniel Stevens, Richardson Performing Arts Center. Alumni a cappella choir with David Gardner, rehearsal hall

2:30 - 5:00 p.m. Fine Arts Hospitality Room, Darbeth main lobby

4:15 - 5:15 p.m. Combined ensemble rehearsal dress rehearsal, Richardson Performing Arts Center

8:00 p.m. Kaleidoscope concert and dedication of Richardson Performing Arts Center, Richardson Performing Arts Center

Sunday, October 9

10:50 a.m. Grace United Methodist Service, Richardson Performing Arts Center: Alumni choir members are invited to join the current SC A Cappella Choir in providing music for this special service.

Music
