The event is being provided as an opportunity for students and community members to ask Representative Trimmer what his service in the Kansas House of Representatives has been like, what kinds of struggles he faces while serving, and what students here at SC can do to become more involved in the political process.

This event is open to the community.

Representative Trimmer has been serving in the Kansas House of Representatives for going on 12 years. Rep. Trimmer represents approximately 22,825 constituents within District 79 that primarily inhabit the communities of Winfield, Oxford, Belle Plaine, Udall, Rock, and Hackney.
