Education Builders Student Organization,
Southwestern College, Winfield, Kansas
Education Builders has been established for the following purposes:
- To unite future educators of the Southwestern College campus.
- To expand the knowledge of future teachers concerning educational topics and interests.
- To mentor/assist underclassmen who are entering the education field.
- To develop communication, interaction and cooperation; coordinating activities, projects, and programs beneficial to the Education Program of Southwestern College.
Activities include:
- Trunk or Treat
- Kansas Teacher of the Year Annual Presentation
- Homecoming Parade and other homecoming events
- KNEA student programs conferences
- Monthly meetings with information for future teachers (and food)
- Other projects as determined by membership.
