Refund checks can be electronically deposited into bank accounts of students who have signed up for eRefund or mailed through US Postal Mail within 14 days of their appearance on the statement.


The quickest way to receive refunds, including credits from your federal aid, is to sign up for eRefund.

To enroll in eRefund (or update your banking information)

  1. Go to Self-Service > Finances tab > ePayment
  2. Go to the eRefund box and select “Enroll in eRefund”
  3. Follow prompts to add bank routing and account number.

Once enrolled, refunds will be automatically deposited until you opt-out to receive paper checks.
