1098T Form (Students)

In January of each year, Southwestern College prepares form 1098T for all eligible students.  This form is used by students and parents to claim the American Opportunity, Hope, and Lifetime Learning credits when filing income tax returns.

You will recieve your Form 1098T electronically through ePayment.   You will not receive a paper copy of your 1098T, however you will be able to access your 1098T online 24/7 and print or save as needed.

  • To access your electronic form, log in to ePayment (same login as Self-Service - also available as a tab in Self-Service).  Your most recent form will be available to view/download.
  • If you do not enroll in the “electronic only” plan, a paper copy will be mailed by January 31st.
  • By electing to receive this electronically, you will also be able to obtain an additional copy at your convenience and view prior years’ forms, if needed.
  • See 1098T FAQ for more information.
  • View this tutorial on how to accept paperless delivery of your 1098T.
